How does it work?
1) THE NOTARY APPOINTED BY NOSEDA IMMOBILIARE VERIFIES THAT THE PROPERTY BELONGS TO THE SELLER, IS FREE OF MORTGAGES OR DETRIMENTAL RECORDINGS, AND POSSESSES ALL THE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE SALE.
2) OUR ARCHITECT, ENGINEER, AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER VERIFIES THAT THE BUILDING OVER THE YEARS HAS OBTAINED ALL THE NECESSARY BUILDING PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION OR CHANGES MADE, AND THEREFORE IS FREE OF UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION THAT CANNOT BE REMEDIED. IN THIS REGARD, “ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS” WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE “URBAN PLANNING” SECTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY TO WHICH YOUR PROPERTY BELONGS.
NOSEDA CERTIFIED HOUSE NOSEDA CERTIFIED HOUSE OFFERS BUYERS THE MAXIMUM SECURITY, PEACE OF MIND, AND TRUST: PEACE OF MIND FROM NOT BEING A VICTIM OF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF MONEY AND TIME IN NEGOTIATIONS; TRUST THAT THE NEGOTIATIONS WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME PERIOD.
NOSEDA CERTIFIED HOUSE IS A NO COST SERVICE FOR CLIENTS WHO WANT TO EXCLUSIVELY ENTRUST THE ASSIGNMENT TO NOSEDA IMMOBILIARE, AND IS INCLUDED IN THE FINAL BROKERAGE COSTS.
