FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL TODAY
RIGHT FROM THE MOMENT TOMASO NOSEDA FIRST SET UP THE BUSINESS IN THE THIRTIES, HE ENJOYED A PRIVILEGED AND EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH WELL-TO-DO MILANESE FAMILIES LOOKING FOR A HOLIDAY HOME IN BRUNATE, A PICTURESQUE HILLSIDE HOLIDAY RETREAT 800 METRES ABOVE SEA LEVEL, OVERLOOKING LAKE COMO, THE IDEAL PLACE TO ESCAPE THE STIFLING HEAT OF MILAN IN THE SUMMER MONTHS.
A clientele that Tomaso Noseda in those years used to receive in a small office in the heart of a small town overlooking Lake Como: Brunate. Simple manners and full of respect for an elite, demanding, selected and selective clientele. And for a few decades the strategy was appropriate for the market.
A radical change became necessary only at the beginning of the 1980’s, when a shop window was inaugurated in the center of Como, on the ground floor of Via G.B. Grassi: a unicum, wanted by the intuition of Salvatore Noseda, his son, who was convinced that the customer should be facilitated in having contact with professionals. It was not, however, a long store counter, but a living room, because it was through conversation that the needs of the client were brought into focus: “Client is a big word”, as brothers Paolo and Stefano Noseda still emphasize today.
The shop window was soon flanked by a large office overlooking the central Piazza Volta, with meeting rooms and reserved areas, and – the real novelty – a real estate brokerage agency with an internal section dedicated to architecture, personally managed by Salvatore Noseda, “the Architect” for his children and for clients who were able to appreciate his great professional and human qualities.
The boom, in the ’90s, will be marked by the new protagonists of the public scene: sports champions, show business and movie stars.
The further conquest will be the industrialists, who will rely on the prestigious real estate consultancy and the personalized planning both for private needs and for functional solutions for their companies or their related representation needs.
An exemplary path. The purchase and sale of prestige real estate spread throughout society, taking the measures of emerging populations, helping them along the path of growth, endowing them with that visible capital which ends up being a fundamental element of social success.
He didn’t like discussions, he was for simplicity and straightforward relationships, and he loved to choose his clients even though he gave the impression that the opposite was true.
He said and played in advance by selecting the interlocutors. Often he would add, with a touch of nostalgia… my father used to sell with a single handshake, something that we know today is increasingly difficult to do; despite this, he remained faithful to that philosophy, pursuing an extreme clarity of relationships. Certainly he could never be counted among the cement builders: …Why build more – he asked – we already have excellent things done in the past and to be fixed…”.

Paolo, registered since 1982, promotes, coordinates and manages the realization of the company’s objectives, taking care of the financial and commercial aspects.
