In Moltrasio, characteristic village of Lake Como, directly on the lake is located Villa Rosiera
built in 1960 on a project of the Milanese engineer Gianmauro Oldrini and inspired by the rationalist style of the architect Terragni.
In Villa Rosiera Lake Como seems to enter in every room, a unique feeling that together with the large terraces and balconies that overhang the lake create the effect of being on the deck of a ship.
Villa Rosiera is developed on an internal surface of about 900 square meters on four levels in addition to the basement, dock and two buoys in the lake.
The structure of the villa is in reinforced concrete with architectural elements and finishes typical of the 60’s such as marble floors, fireplace, stone slab coatings and iron railings.
The location is the element of absolute value of Villa Rosiera: directly on the lake, in front of the Hotel Sereno and Mandarin, on the western shore of Lake Como, 10 minutes from the Hotel Villa d’Este.
Villa Rosiera has been the subject of a careful analysis for the development of a conversion project in Boutique Rental Suite.
The project involves a total renovation and the creation of 8/10 suite apartments with private terraces as well as spa, gym, and possibly a large restaurant area with terrace on the lake, boat dock, underground parking.
The new receptive structure of “authentic luxury” and design made in Italy would keep the residential destination for the suites while the restaurant area, if realized, would be used for commercial purposes.
Clients will also be able to use a private motorboat and a special shuttle at their service to reach the resorts of Lake Como, for shopping or afternoons on the lake in total tranquility.
This new structure would satisfy the needs of vacations in the luxury sector where tranquility, privacy and high comfort are requests in constant rise on Lake Como.
Villa Rosiera could also be rented totally by a single group as a private villa and in this regard we bring as an example the residence La Datcha in Forte dei Marmi that totally reflects the characteristics of our project.
The realization of this project would constitute a Unicum on Lake Como.
